Conflict of Interest
As of January 1, 2006, Texas Legislature HB 914 requires vendors to file Form CIQ, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, if the vendor has a business relationship with a School Board member, District officer or their immediate family members and the Board member, officer or family member would receive taxable income from the contract.
