District Cross Country Results
The Girls Cross Country team attended the Regional Meet in Humble, TX on Saturday and finished 11th out of 22 teams. Hope Elliott missed out on a trip to the State competition by 2 places and 6 seconds. Hope Elliott ran her best time at this regional meet compared to the past 3 years she has run here. She ran a 13.03.2 and finished 12th out of 160 runners. The top ten finishers qualify to compete in the state meet. The rest of the team did an excellent job also.
Jr.- Chelsie Cressionnie placed 32nd with a time of 13:52.8, which was her best time at this meet. This is her 3rd year to run at Regionals.
Freshman - Hailey Cressionnie placed 60th with a time of 14:19.9
Jr. - Shelby Stephenson placed 78th with a time of 14:42.3
Jr. - Ashley Hasha placed 152nd with a time of 17:11.8
Kasi Whitaker was unable to run at Regionals due to illness.
Hunter Dodd was the lone runner for the boy's team and he missed a trip to the State Meet by 4 places and 21 seconds. He placed 14th out of 171 runners with a time of 18:01.7.
