Cass County Shared Services Arrangement

Reaching one Exceptional Learner at a Time

A shared services arrangement (SSA) exists when two or more local education agencies (LEAs) enter into an agreement for the performance and administration of a program.  LEAs who enter into a written contract to jointly operate their special education programs as an SSA must follow procedures developed by TEA.   Cass County Shared Services Arrangement  proudly serves the following districts:

The mission of Cass County Shared Services Arrangement (CCSSA) is to provide support to our member districts, staff, students, and parents of individuals with exceptional needs. We work with stakeholders to encourage high expectations in a caring and engaging learning environment. We strive to provide quality training, coaching, diagnostic and related services for all exceptional learners. Together, we work to build life-long learners as we prepare our students for their future roles as citizens, leaders, and community members.
